The European Commission and ECORYS signed a contract for the TSIA for FTA between the EU and ASEAN.

Welcome to the Trade SIA Study FTA EU-ASEAN

In April 2007 the European Commission launched negotiations with ASEAN for a Free Trade Agreement (FTA). In December 2007 ECORYS Nederland BV was asked to carry out a Trade Sustainability Impact Assessment to assess the economic, social and environmental impacts of such an agreement. This study will be implemented over the course of 2008 and completed by June 2009.
